Batch & Remote
Batch & Remote in AutoPOL are functionalities that enable the optimisation and automation of production processes, especially in environments where large volumes of tasks are required or where remote data processing is necessary.
Batch (Batch Processing):
The Batch functionality allows multiple tasks or projects to be processed simultaneously in batches. This is very useful when a large number of parts or projects need to be processed, as it allows tasks to be processed automatically without the need for manual management for each individual part.
Key features:
Processing multiple tasks at the same time:
- Allows processing of several different tasks (e.g. several parts to be processed or several projects) in a batch, reducing the need to re-enter data for each task individually.
- Process automation allows multiple tasks to be processed quickly and efficiently at once.
Optimisation of the production process:
- Automatic generation of workpieces, CNC machining programs, reports and other tasks without user interaction.
- It allows better use of time and reduction of human error.
Increased productivity:
- Reduction of manual work and optimisation of tasks leads to increased productivity as there is no need to re-set the system for each task.

Remote:
Remote functionality allows remote monitoring, control and management of production tasks and software settings, which is particularly useful in production environments with multiple computers or CNC machines.
Key features:
Remote access to the system:
Allows users to access the AutoPOL system from different locations, either from the office or from remote units, to monitor the progress of tasks, change settings or solve problems.
This allows for greater flexibility and improved workflows, as users are not restricted to being physically present on the production floor.
Control and monitor tasks:
Remotely monitor the progress of tasks and ensure that all processes are in line with planned specifications.
Allows rapid notification and adjustment of production tasks if errors or changes in requirements occur.
Improved communication and responsiveness:
Enables rapid intervention in the event of problems or faults, as the user can connect directly to the working environment and take the necessary action remotely.
This improves responsiveness and reduces the time needed to fix problems.
Access to multiple users:
Allows multiple users to monitor different processes or tasks at the same time, increasing coordination and synergy within the team.
