Testing the Trumpf machine with Lantek and implementation of the postprocessor
We have successfully tested a Trumpf laser machine using Lantek software at our client Darson d.o.o. A key part of the project was the implementation and customisation of the postprocessor, which enables the correct generation of CNC code in accordance with the technological requirements of the machine.
Testing included checking the cut-out of different types of geometries, with particular attention paid to the accuracy and reliability of the CNC code. In addition, optimisation of the cutting settings was carried out, with the aim of ensuring the best possible machining quality and efficient use of material.
The successful implementation of the post-processor and the optimisation of the processes ensured that the Trumpf machine at the Darson customer will operate efficiently and reliably at all stages of the production process.
